3) Do I have to go to San Luis Obispo, CA and spend a week with your team to learn how to be a better leader or salesperson?
No. While many people choose to immerse themselves in leadership and team development at the MVP Associates Manager's Coaching Clinic, many companies choose to have Delta-4 deliver customized training and experiences at their location (office, resort, hotel, etc.).

4) Do you offer programs that are less than a week long?
Yes, we offer offer solutions of different lengths (1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 3 month, etc.) and different formats that are designed to meet the unique needs and culture of our customers.

5) Do you provide reinforcement for your programs?
Yes, many of our solutions include reinforcement components. In most cases the reinforcement component is designed and delivered based upon the unique culture and needs of each customer. For example: some of our customer have us train them to reinforce the principles taught in the session, while others have us design, implement and monitor a long-term reinforcement program within their organization.
